We are especially knowledgeable in matters pertaining to land use and real estate development — including planned communities — both as attorneys and as business people, ourselves. This dual-faceted, firsthand experience enables us to work with our business clients as much from the perspective of a business partner as that of a lawyer. We understand your business because it is our business, too.

Big-Firm Capabilities, Small-Firm Environment
Our attorneys have provided knowledgeable legal counsel and representation for people in and around Longmont for three generations, stretching back to the time when Longmont was a quiet agricultural community. In the years since, just as Longmont has grown and evolved so, too, has Grant, Grant & Goiran LLP.

Longmont, Colorado Real Estate and Business Law Attorneys

Today, our law firm is well known and well regarded in Longmont and throughout the region for our legal capabilities, business acumen and commitment to personal service. We offer the same experience and knowledge found at a big firm. But due to our deliberately smaller size, our attorneys have the freedom to give our clients a high level of individual attention. Perhaps most important, we know how to get things done.

Among numerous distinctions, Grant, Grant & Goiran LLP is AV®-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system.  In addition, Alex Goiran is one of only two Longmont based attorneys recongnized as a 2010 Colorado Super Lawyer.

We focus on the following practice areas:
