Attorney Profiles

Alex Goiran represents individuals and businesses in real estate and business transactions.  Alex concentrates his practice in real estate contracts, leasing, real estate title, business law and related disputes.   He has extensive experience in title insurance law.  He is a co-founder and co-owner of Professional Title & Escrow LLC, which provides attorney-conducted closings and escrow services.  He is an approved title agent for Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund.

A native of the East Coast, Alex joined Grant, Grant & Goiran, LLP in 2001 and became a partner in 2003. Prior to joining Grant, Grant & Goiran, Alex was associated with the Washington, DC, law firm of Arthur F. Konopka where his practice included real estate litigation and estate administration.  He was a member of the District of Columbia Land Title Association and was an agent for First American Title Insurance Company.

Alex earned his B.A., with honors, from The American University in 1992, and his J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law, in 1995.  He is admitted to practice in Colorado, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Alex is a member of the Boulder County and Colorado Bar Associations.
