Cameron A. Grant is the managing partner of the firm and represents real estate developers, property owners, and investors in all aspects of real estate and land use, including the acquisition, use and disposition of land, financing, title matters, zoning, and other real estate issues. He also represents businesses and individuals with entity formation, business transactions, contracts and other transactional matters.
Cameron graduated in 1991 from Colorado College where he received a B.A. degree, majoring in English with additional studies in vocal music performance. Cameron attended the Aspen Opera Theater Center before deciding upon a career in Law. At the University of Colorado School of Law, Cameron authored "Transboundary Air Pollution: Can NAFTA and NAAEC Succeed Where International Law has Failed?" in the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and served as Production Editor for that publication. He graduated in 1995 with his J.D. and then joined the firm of Grant, Bernard, Lyons and Gaddis, P.C., as an associate.
Cameron is a member of the Denver, Boulder County, Colorado and American Bar Associations. He is currently a board member of the Imagine! Foundation and is the past President of the Longmont Council for the Arts and past director of the Longmont United Hospital Foundation.
