Victoria represents the firm's clients in the areas of complex commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and development, oil and gas law, foreclosures, and title insurance matters.
Ms. Shupe earned her Bachelor of Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan . While in law school, Ms. Shupe served as mentor for high school students and assisted in research to protect criminal defendants' rights. Ms. Shupe is admitted to practice in Colorado and a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association.
