Ms. Fritchel rejoins Grant, Grant & Goiran LLP to support and expand the firm's practice in the areas of real estate transactions and development, business transactions and estate planning and administration. She brings over twenty years' experience practicing law in the Front Range, working with both public and private entities.
Suzan was associated for many years with Grant, Bernard, Lyons & Gaddis, P.C., in Longmont, before moving to Fort Collins in 1995. Prior to rejoining Grant, Grant & Goiran LLP, she was employed at the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Suzan graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors, and received her law degree in 1984 from the University of Colorado School of Law. She is a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and the Wyoming State Bar (inactive status).
